I trust my Pet with this vet. He’s very knowledgeable , doesn’t “nickel and dime me”. The staff is friendly they’re very easy to work with. I appreciate he doesn’t try to force treatments my pets don’t really need.

My pet has never cooperated at the vet, you guys are the first clinic I feel she has been most comfortable at. Dr. Nye and all of our clinic assistants have always been compassionate, actively listen during appointments, and make me feel heard and cared for. We came to the vet with a strict budget and the veterinarians accommodated that. By giving up two break down bill lists so we could provide care for our pet without having to go over budget. Every time we go to the vet our dog is happy both going in and out.

I had an unusual and urgent situation and walked in even though I knew there were no appointments that day. With a neonate kitten, I felt I had no choice, and the staff agreed to help, even on their lunch break. They took care of my 8day old kitten and helped me understand the process of getting her USDA certified. I am establishing care with them.
The vet, Katie Nye, was thorough, knowledgeable compassionate, and patient explaining and answering questions concerning my Greyhound’s health, upcoming needed care and included me in the decision making. I am looking forward to many years in partnership in providing the best options for my senior dog.

Dr. B and the Canyon team are the best! They were able to get us in for a same day appointment for Sam who was not feeling his best. The staff is always warm and welcoming, our pups absolutely love coming for a visit. Dr. B is so knowledgeable and always gives us the best of care and answers all of our questions.
Front office staff helped get me scheduled the day I called, was kind friendly and helpful when I came in to drop off and pick up – and during a follow up phone call. The tech staff was very kind and gentle with Sam. He’s a nervous kid and they all put him at ease. I got a great follow up phone call AND email from the doctor. Dr Baucum and staff has always been great and friendly to me and my 2 senior fur babies (dogs) for over 3 years now. Recent visit was a tooth abscess for Cookie. I scheduled tooth extraction 2 days after her exam, got a follow up call 5 days later which I had missed, but they left a vm checking on how Cookie was doing? Cookie had recovered quickly, she started playing with her chew toys on the 3rd day after her surgery. Definitely recommend Canyon Pet Hospital and Dr Baucum for taking care of your fur baby(s).
Appointment availability, friendly staff, very welcoming to my 2 rescue kitties and great level of care when they have their visits. Transparent communication if additional services are needed(one of my kitties has a tooth situation that needs attention in the coming months, I received estimates promptly after our visit with low and high amounts and the vet’s recommendation). My rescue kitties have been patients here for 5 yrs, great clinic!
Staff & Drs are very caring and supportive and they are also empathetic when we lose our loved furry best friend. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All went well from start to finish. We were greeted in the lobby and then taken in to an exam room. The technician was in the room quickly and performed her functions. A short while later the vet came in for the rest of the exam. All was done promptly and professionally.
